Original Period Lady w/ Faun Figurine

This is a really nice figurine of a lady with a faun by her side made by Augarten in Vienna , Austria. Designed by Carl Schwetz in about 1925 and from the original period. Not a model one sees often at all and the two I did find were restored quite heavily. The figure is of a lady dressed in a cheery outfit dancing with a little faun holding onto her skirt and also dancing. A very typical figurine for this maker and period. They are great and rather hard to find! Superbly modeled and hand painted. The piece is in good condition with just the index finger of the upper (left) hand missing a piece as shown. The location and it not being terrible make it not obvious at all when on display and if need be this would be an easy fix for a decent restorer. The figurine is 9.25 inches tall, 4 inches wide and 4.125 inches deep. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, Augarten Austria in a red rectangle and impressed model number 1533 plus the remnants of an old sticker. Please email me for more information or photos.
