Budau Saucer

This is a saucer made by Budau in about 1830. Budau was founded in 1825 by Franz Lang who ran it until 1829 when his son Anton took over and ran it until about 1880. Can't say I have seen another piece around ever, so I thought this was a nice example to have. The saucer is handpainted with a rose in the center and it has two smaller flowers as well and a brown trim near the edge. It is in perfect condition with very little wear. Marked underneath with the underglaze B mark with two dots behind it. The saucer is 0.75 inches tall and 4.625 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $299
