Superb Scenic Creamware Terrine

This is a really nice lidded ecuelle / large soup cup / small terrine / tureen made of creamware by an unknown maker in the 18th century. A terrific piece for sure! The main body has a nicely shaped handle to each side with some gilt highlights to them and gold trim to the top and bottom edges. The best part however is the decoration! One side has a top notch hand painted polychrome floral arrangement to it while the other side has a top notch hand painted scene to it including a lady in a landscape surrounding, Some gold twigs and flowers next to the handles. The lid has the same type of decoration with another flower arrangement as well as a scene including a shepherdess and a shepherd with their sheep in a landscape surrounding. Pine cone finial highlighted with gilding and gold trim to the edge. The scenes are the nicest I have ever come across on creamware. Wish I knew the maker but no idea. Definitely not English. The lady wearing that hat on the main body reminds me of Dutch decorated pieces but I don't think that is it either. Maybe someone out there has an idea. The scenes reval some of the best on Eruopean porcelain that is for sure. The entire piece is about 6.25 inches tall (including the finial) and 6 inches in diameter. The handles stick out a bit from the main body. The set is in superb condition with the finial having been broken off and restored back on. Invisible unless you really look for it. There is a small chip to the edge of the foot as shown from two different angles. As nice a creamware piece as they come! There is an incised mark to the underside but I cannot make anything out. Maybe a number 6 or letter G. No clue. Any help would certainly be appreciated! Please email me for more information or other pictures.
