Doulton Flambe Vase 1

Doulton Flambe Vase Exceptional Royal Doulton vase by Noke with Song Glaze. The colors in this vase vary from metallic black to red to pink to blue to brown to beige, and the patterns can be speckled, sweeping, drooping, dappled and swirled. The well-lit photographs bring out the scarlet more than the other colors, so understand that the vase is a little less bold in normal light. It is very well-marked, a sign of the high regard that Charles Noke held for this vase, certainly an experimental triumph of the glazers art. It stands about 12 inches tall and is in perfect condition. This is a piece owned by a good friend of mine. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
