Set of 4 Decorative Columns #2

This is a superb set of two full sized and two half sized columns made in the Dresden area in the later 19th century. Probably by Carl Thieme / Potschappel by the look of it. Each column has a hand painted scene in the center surrounded by applied 3D flower, leaf and fruit garlands held together by a blue bow at the bottom. Gold trim to the top and bottom parts as well as two hand painted bugs near the bottom. The top and bottom of the columns have a fancier look than the other set I have on the site. They each have some scroll relief. A floral arrangement under the blue bow. The full sized columns have two floral arrangements to the back side as shown as well as another hand painted bug. A really nice set that would look amazing with a nice wooden shelf. They are unmarked except for some red numbers. The have a hole going through the entire piece for a metal rod so it can be held in place. Each is in great condition with almost zero issues. One column has a petal section of a blossom missing and a small stem section connecting to a fruit is missing as well. Otherwise a very minor chip here and there but they display perfectly and look amazing. As nice as you will ever see and nicer in terms of quality than any others I have seen from this area. condition. The columns are 10 inches tall. The bottom diameter of the full sized ones is 1.75 inches and they are 2.5 inches wide at the top. The half sized ones are 1.125 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
