Creamware Teapot

This is a Creamware Teapot Decorated with a Large Rose. Circa 1770. From the famed Wiltsie Collection, this small teapot is an attractive reminder of the importance that tea had at social events in England in the 18th century. Lovely in shape and decoration, it would have identified its owner as a woman of taste and high fashion. It is a dainty 4 and 1/2 inches tall and has experienced only slight wear over the years. This is a piece owned by a good friend of mine. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $1100
