English Fancy Scenic Cup & Saucer

This is a very fancy scenic cup ands aucer made by a top English maker in about 1820-1830. I ahve rarely seen a peice this colorful or fancy made in England and I am usnure of the exact maker so someone with a bit more knowledge on this subject should easily figure it out. The cup and the saucer each have a very nice handpainted scene on them with the rest of the cup having a fancy gilding Vermicelli design on an aqua ground and a nice gold design on the rim edge. The scenes are quite good and very colorful. There is a lute player on the cup and a lady with a kid on the saucer. Amazingly this set is in superb condition with almost no wear but the saucer has a very hard to spot short hairline to the rim and some crazing to the white parts. There is also a longer darkish line underneath the saucer I am showing but it is just in the glaze underneath and quite faint. The cup is 2.5 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 inches. The saucer is 1 inch tall and has a diameter of 5.875 inches. Both pieces are marked with what should be a key piece to ID them - a pattern number 6 / No 1842 in orangey red with two small dots underneath. I am clueless as to the maker but they are of superb quality! Please email me for more information or other pictures.
