Griffin Cup & Saucer

This is a Coalport or Chamberlain’s Worcester Cup and Saucer Decorated with Gryphons. This dramatic cup and saucer dates to around 1810, and since several factories made this style it is difficult to pinpoint the factory that made it. John Rose’s factory is another good option. The combination of gilding and brown enamel makes for a very pleasing design. This is a set owned by a good friend of mine. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $135
