English Puce Scenic Cup & Saucer

This is a nice cup and saucer made in England in the late 18th or early 19th century possibly by John Rose. Hard to Id but the handle shape guides me to this conclusion. The paste is creamy white. The pieces are superbly handpainted with a very detailed scene in puce including houses, people, a fence and a nice landscape. Both have gold trim on the rims and around the scenes. The set is in good condition but the gold trim is very worn especially on the cup and they both have a tight star crack underneath. Both pieces are unmarked. The saucer is quite off shaped from the firing but it's part of the charm! The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter and the cup is 2.5 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
