Pink Ground Floral Vase

This is a nice little vase made in England around the early 19th century. Not sure of the exact maker but possibly Rockingham . The piece has a nice shape to it with a gilded handle to either side, a round foot attached to a square base with some nice gold trim to it but by far the best part is the painting to the main body. The entire main body has a pink ground color to it but the front has this realy nicely done hand painted scene of a floral arrangement in a basket sitting on a grey table top. The scene is surrounded by a nice gold frame with some tooled details to it. A great looking vase! The vase is in OK condition with some crazing to the white areas that are aprtially stained, a bit of wear to the gilding mainly around the top edge, some scratches to the back side in the pink ground color and the metal fittings that hold the foot and main body together have been replaced. The inside part has been painted to hide the new fittings well. So nothing too terrible! It does displays really nicely! The vase is about 5.75 inches tall, 3.75 inches wide including the handles and 3 inches deep. Not marked except for a pattern number 30 but that is pretty normal for this period and coming from England. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
