Lidded Soup Cup & Saucer

This is a rare lidded soup or hot chocolate cup made by Coalport in the early 19th century. All three pieces are handpainted with a nice gold, orange and red leaf design as well as some gold trim. The lid, cup and saucer are in superb condition with just a little wear to the gilding and even that is minor! All pieces are unmarked which is common. The cup is 2.375 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter (plus the handles). The lid is 0.75 inches tall and 3.125 inches in diameter and the saucer is 1 inch tall and just under 6.125 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
