Puce Scenic Creamer

This is a rare creamer / milk jug / pot à lait à trois pieds made by Frankenthal in the 18th century. It has a superb shape to it including the three feet and a branch shaped handle. The piece is hand painted with a superb scene in puce including a lady and a gentleman with a bit of a gold design below the scene. Some small puce flowers scattered about the outside and a nice gold trim around the top rim. Some gilding to the handle and feet as well. It is marked underneath as shown with the under glaze blue CT under a crown mark as well as the usual incised letter / numbers.This piece is in superb original condition with the tiniest of gold wear to the handle and feet but as nice as they come! The creamer is 3.25 inches tall, about 3.5 inches including the handle and spout and has a diameter of about 2.5 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
