Applied Flowers & Scenic Vase

This is a really nice vase made in the Paris region France in the early 19th century during the Empire period. Not sure of the exact maker but Niderviller made applied flowers pieces though I could not find one in this shape. Either way a very interesting and definitely French vase. The base has a marble decoration to it which is really nice, the lower mid section ahs two superb scenes to it in blue which is a bit unusual and the upper mid section has a superb applied biscuit flower design to it. Very detailed! Gold trim in between the sections, a pink ground around the applied flowers and gold trim to the edges. Nice shape to the vase as well. The scenes have some nice details to them including buildings, people and trees. It's a really nice looking vase! The piece is in great condition with some damage to the applied flowers which is a given seeing how fragile these are. Also a touch of wear to the gilding to the gilding around the top opening but the vase displays very well and the damage to the flowers is not obvious because of all that detail. Unmarked which is pretty normal during this period from this area. The vase is 6.375 inches tall and just under 4.5 inches in diameter at the top.
