Boucher Type Scenic Plaque

This is a really nice framed oval porcelain plaque made in France in the early to mid 19th century. The plaque is superbly hand painted with a Boucher type scene of a couple in a landscape surrounding. Top quality painting! The piece is framed with a fancy frame with 3D flowers to the top, bottom and sides. It works but has damages so might be time to replace the frame! The plaque is in great condition except for an area on the left hand side that has been restored and that work has yellowed since. Seeing that there is damage to the back in the same area I suspect a small piece is missing there. I would just add a new slightly smaller frame which would hide that part almost perfectly without taking away from the scene! Or a decent restorer could hide it perfectly again. But it does display fine as is and the quality is really nice! The plaque itself is about 7 inches wide and 5.5 inches tall so a nice size. The entire framed piece is 10.125 inches wide and 8.5 inches tall plus about 1.5 inches thick. The piece is not marked which is pretty normal on wares from this period and place! I would reframe it but that's just me. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
