Hunter Pitcher

This is a pitcher or milk / cream jug or such made by an unknown maker in France in the 19th century. It is nicely modeled in the shape of a hunter with a beard holding his rifle with some greenery to the back out of which the branch shaped handle comes up and curves back towards his neck. A fun piece I have not seen before and it would make a great addition for someone that colelcts figural jugs or such. Not sure as to the exact maker as it is only marked with a red number 103 which seems more English in terms of mark but the paste screams French. The piece is about 6.875 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep. The creamer is in great condition without any chips, etc. but it used to have some gilt highlights which are all but gone now. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
