Locre Cherub Scene Saucer

This is a really nice saucer made by Locre aka Rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi aka La Courtille in the 18th century. I am not super fmailiar with all the inner workings of this maker but if they ahd a famous painter working there this piece was done by them. The center scene of a cherub sitting in a cloud with a bird above it is extremely well painted and just amazing. The gold trim along the rim is very detailed and amazing as well. Only downside is that I sadly do not ahve the matching cup :( The piece is in superb condition with just a touch of wear to the gilding along the very edge. The saucer is marked underneath with their under glaze blue crossed arrows mark meant to imitate the mark of the top German maker. It is 1 inch tall and 4.875 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
