Fulda Scattered Flowers Cup

This is a nice cup made by Fulda in the 18th century. Fulda was founded by Prince Abbot Heinrich VIII von Bibra zu Fulda in 1764. The factory closed its doors after a short existence in 1789. The figurines of Fulda are probably the most expensive pieces of German porcelain one can own but it is rare to find any pieces by this maker as they only made porcelain for a few years. The cup is marked with the underglaze blue FF mark under the crown and an impressed T and R. It is hand painted with lots of nice single flowers and leaves scattered all around the cup as well as inside and a puce trim to the handle. The piece is 1.875 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter. The cup is in superb condition. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $399
