Ruth Scene Plaque

This is a nice porcelain plaque made in Germany in the 19th century. It is hand painted with a version after the painting of Ruth by Charles Landelle. The lady appears to be standing in a field at sunset holding a wheat sheaf in her left hand and a few pieces of wheat in her right hand. A nicely painted piece that is all hand painted no transfer parts! The plaque comes with a cloth mat and a frame though either has seen better days. They work though and it still displays nicely. The plaque is in perfect condition. It is only marked with some numbers in the back as shown. The entire piece is about 0.625 inches thick, 6.5 inches wide and 7.875 inches tall. The plaque is about 3.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $349
