Hochst Cooper Figurine

This is a figurine made by Höchst in the 18th century. A very well modeled figurine of a great topic and quite the typical decoration for Hoechst around this time. I also own this model made by Fürstenberg - a comon thing in the 18th century as workmen travelled between maers or they jsut flat out copied each other - no copyright protection back then :) The gentleman is superbly dressed and working on a bucket or tub of some sort with his hammer and chisel while standing on a nice base. The figure is 4 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 2.625 inches deep. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue wheel mark with the crown above it as well as an incised letter A or soemthing along those lines. The piece is in perfect condition. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
