Small Girl Figurine

This is a figurine made by Höchst in the 18th century. It is of a girl or young lady with her apron wrapped around her right arm and the left arm raised over her eyes as if looking into the distance in the bright sunlight. She is nicely dressed and is standing on a typical grass base with some rocks in the back. A fun piece and very typical for this maker! She was modeled by Melchior one of the best artists in porcelain of the 18th century! The figure is about 3.625 inches tall, 1.375 inches wide and 1.5 inches deep. Marked underneath with the blue wheel mark as well as some incised letters that one often finds on their pieces. The figurine is in great condition. No issues except a bunch of dust which I didn't realize until after I took the pics. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
