Impressed Wheel Mark

This is a cup and saucer made by Hoechst in the 18th century. Both pieces are handpainted with a large floral arrangement as well as a few smaller flowers and a nice gold trim. The handle has a gold trim design on it as well. The set is in great condition with a little wear to the gilding and a flaked off paint area on a leaf on the saucer. The cup is marked underneath with a puce wheel mark and an incised S 1 (not sure). The saucer has the rare impressed wheel mark as well as an incised P and I believe a 2. The cup is 1.875 inches tall and 2.625 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
