Scenic Bowl

This is a slop bowl made by Hoechst in about 1760. It is handpainted with a colorful cartouch on one side and a nice flower arrangment on the other. Inside bottom has a flower painted as well. The bowl is in great condition with two firing cracks underneath and some wear to the gold trim. It is only marked with the impressed letters IN. The bowl is about 7.125 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches tall. I also have a letter from Dr. Reber the well known expert on Hoechst porcelain to show this to be made by Hoechst. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
