Hoechst Lady with Cherub Figurine

This is a figurine made by Höchst in the 18th century. It is of a lady who is talking to Amor or a cherub while standing on a typical rock and grass base and was modeled by Melchior one of the best ones of the 18th century! The piece is modelled superbly and handpainted to perfection! One of the best pieces I have seen in quite a while! The figurine is about 6.75 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 3.75 inches deep. Marked underneath with the blue wheel mark as shown. The figurine is in good condition with one wing of the cherub missing, two fingerson his left hand, one finger of the lady's right hand, a tiny chip to his existing wing and four chips to the base edge as shown.
