Pot de Creme Type Cup

This is a pot de creme or pot au jus made by Hoechst during their early year in the 18th century. It is larger than any other pieces like it so it might just be some other sort of lidded cup. Either way it is a very nice early piece that is hand painted with lots of flowers scattered around the main body and three more to the lid, the nicely shaped handle has a puce trim to it and the lid a brown trim but my favorite part is that awesome strawberry finial. Looks amazing! The piece is in superb condition with no major issues just one spot of green paint flake to the leaf of the finial. The piece is 3.5 inches tall with a diameter of 3 inches and the handle sticks out another inch or so. It is marked underneath with the red wheel mark only used early on. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
