Scenic Coffee Pot

This is a coffee pot made by Hoechst in the 18th century. It is handpainted with a superb large scene on the front as well as a few small flowers and a nice gold trim. The lid also has a small scene and a flower on it. The pot also has a superb handle shape. The pot is in decent condition but the handle was off and they repaired it a while back with a metal staple type of repair. There is also a small chip on the spout and a few small ones on the lid. It still displays nicely and is a rare piece worth owning which is why it is here :) The pot is marked underneath with the underglaze blue wheel mark. It is 9.5 inches tall.
