Trembleuse Cup & Saucer

This is a cup and saucer made by KPM around 1832 just when they began to use the red orb mark. This style of cup is not one you see often by KPM with the saucer being the trembleuse kind with the with the inside well having a raised rim that is reticulated and highlighted with gilding. Both pieces are handpainted with some of the best flowers they ever painted an some nice gold trim especially on the inside of the cup. The set is in perfect condition. The cup is 2.375 inches tall and 2.625 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.75 inches tall and 4.875 inches in diameter. Both pieces are marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark of the early 19th century as well as the red orb mark. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $899
