It is handpainted with two large floral arragements mainly in puce and black tones as well as lots of smaller flowers and a nice gold trim. A nice relief basketweave patterns to the top part as well. Nice flower finial to the lid. The caddy and lid are in perfect condition! It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark.
