Rose Design Lidded Art Nouveau Box

This is a nice little lidded box made by KPM in the early 20th century during the Art Nouveau / Jugendstil period. It is hand painted with a nice gold trim on the rim of the bottom part, the edge of the lid and around a superb central medallion that has hand painted roses in it. Top quality painting!! The box has a nice shape to it as well. The piece is in perfect condition. It is 2 inches tall and has a diameter of 3.25 inches. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb as well as some artist marks and impressed marks normal on KPM pieces of this period.
