Bird Scene Saucer

This is a really cute saucer made by KPM in the 18th century. KPM used no painters mark like the red orb yet during this period thus you only have the blue scepter and impressed marks most of the time. It is hand painted with a nice bird scene in the center including a stork and a pigeon (I think) as well as four butterflies along the edge. Gold trim to the edge. The scene is of a really nice quality! The piece is in good condition with wear to the gilding along the edge and a tiny flake on the edge gilded in to hide it better. The saucer is just over 1.125 inches tall and 5.125 inches in diameter. The dish is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as an impressed number as shown.
