Kurland 73 Demitasse Saucer

This is a cute little saucer for a demitasse / mocha / espresso sized cup in the Kurland pattern Decor 73 made by KPM in the early 20th century during WWI. This pattern is one of my favorite ones - it looks very stunning when in use or on display. Hard to find pieces in the 73 design! So if you are missing this saucer here is a rare chance to get it. The piece is hand painted with a superb floral arrangement on one side of the well, a gold ring around the well and two butterflies to the other side and off course the greenish / turquoise & gold trim along the edge typical of this pattern and decor. The little dish in superb condition. As nice as they come. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter as well as the red orb and the usual impressed and painted marks of this period plus the black iron cross mark only used during the period of WWI as shown. The saucer is 0.75 inches tall with a diameter of just under 4.375 inches. Very elegant! Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $249
