Masons Cup & Saucer

This is a cup and saucer made by KPM between 1823 and 1832. It is handpainted with a superb portrait of a man on the front of the cup and some drafting type tools in the center of the saucer. It likely has something to do with the Masons though I am unsure of who the guy is on the cup. Reminds me of a Roman emperor :) The set has some really nice and detailed gilding to it as shown. The cup is 3.625 inches tall (4.375 including the handle) and 3.125 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5.75 inches in diameter. The set is in great condition with some wear mostly on the inside of the cup and saucer center. Both are marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter as well as the iron red eagle mark and a painter's mark I and some impressed marks. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
