Honeysuckle Flower Plate

This is a superb deep soup plate made by KPM around 1840. The plate is nicely hand painted with a honeysuckle blossom design in the center and a fancy gold trim to the rim. A very elegant looking plate! I am a big fan of this style but you don't see them often at all anymore. They are getting up there in age :) The plate is in great condition with somevery minor use marks but as nice as they come! It displays perfectly. The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue eagle holding a scepter and orb with the letters KPM under it as well as the red orb mark and the usual impressed numbers of the period as shown. The plate is 1.75 inches tall and 9.125 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
