Set of 6 Neuzeirat Dessert Plates

This is a superb set of 6 dessert plates made by KPM in the early 20th century. The design is called Neuzierat and this is the version with the spaces between the raised design and the rims left white and not fully gilded. Each piece is hand painted superbly along the rim with three larger floral arrangements and three small flowers and has a superb raised gold trim in between that juts out into the well of the plate. A single flower adorns the center. The dishes are marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as the red orb, a gilder's and painter's mark and the usual impressed marks as shown. The set is in great condition with some minor wear to the gilding along the very edges. As nice as they come. They displays superbly!
