Samovar

This is a Samovar or early coffee/tea machine made by KPM around 1845. It is handpainted with a nice floral garland design and a detailed gold trim. A rare find and it is complete which I have never seen again. The piece is in good condition with a small firing crack on the top rim of the bottom piece. Marked underneath the pot with the underglaze blue eagle carrying the orb and scepter with KPM underneath. Also incised III , III u and incised A on various parts. The entire setup is 13.75 inches tall and has a maximum diameter of 7.5 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
