Saucer with All around Scene

This is a nice saucer made by KPM in the 18th century. KPM used no painters mark like the red orb yet during this period thus you only have the blue scepter and impressed marks most of the time. The saucer is hand painted with a superb quality scene all around the rim including buildings, people, animals and off course trees, etc. The center of the saucer has a deep cobalt blue ground color and there is a gold trim around the well edge and edge of the rim. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and 5.125 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as an impressed number and a double line along the foot. The saucer is in great condition with some wear to the gold trim around the well as shown. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
