Fallen Flower Basket Plate

This is a rare plate made by KPM in1893. It has the royal cypher of Kaiser Wilhelm the 2nd on the back which makes this a truly fun piece with lots of history attached to it. It is handpainted with a superb center decoration of a basket that has fallen over and has flowers spilling out of it on some grass with some larger roses rising up from it. Two butterflies around this and the rim has a ring of morning glories and a nice gold trim on a raised design on it. The plate is in superb condition with just a ground down area on the footring where they tried to even out a chip. Should ahve just left it be in my opinion but it doesn't take away from the piece either way. The plate is just over 1.125 inches tall and 9.625 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark as well as the red orb and the royal cypher underneath plus the usual impressed and painters marks. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
