Limbach Lady Figurine

This is a figurine made by Limbach in around 1772 during their beginning. It is of a lady that probably had a child or cherub next to her. The figurine is a great example of their early work but it is heavily damaged. Still couldn't pass on it :) Her right arm is missing as is the thumb on her left hand. She was broken through the middle and reglued and whatever was next to her is also missing completely except one foot. Still shows what kind of nice things this rare maker could do. Superb modeling and nice painting. The figurine is marked underneath with the uncommon LB mark. The piece is 7.125 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 2.875 inches deep. Please email me for more information or photos.
