Limbach Lady Figurine #2

This is a figurine made by Limbach in around 1772 during their beginning. It is of a lady in a nice dress with some wheat by her feet maybe one of the four seasons!? The figurine is a great example of their early work but it is damaged. Still couldn't pass on it :) Her head was off, a small chip to the feather in her hair, both arms have been worked on but I think mainly the sleeves have been reduced, the two bows in the front of her dress are damaged and she would ahve been holding s wheat sheeth in her right hand attached to the middle of her dress which is gone except for the very bottom of the stems. Still shows what kind of nice things this rare maker could do. Superb modeling and nice painting. The figure is marked underneath with the uncommon LB mark. The piece is 7 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 2.625 inches deep. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $399
