Basket

This is a basket made by Ludwigsburg between 1759 and 1770. It is handpainted with a large floral arrangement in the center and small flowers on the rim. The reticulated rim has a very nice relief design to the outside and puce and yellow highlights in the centers. Orange brown trim to the top rim. It is marked with the CC mark under the crown in underglaze blue. Impressed numbers 2 and 3 and letter F. Also a red line under the blue mark and a 5T. in brown on the footring. The basket is 2.25 inches tall, 5.875 inches deep and 7.25 inches wide. The basket is in perfect condition. Please email me for more information or photos.
