Floral Slop Bowl

This is slop / waste bowl made by Ludwigsburg around 1765. It is hand painted with a large floral arrangement to the front as well as the back with a small flower on either side, has two raised rings around the central part of the bowl, the typical reddish brown trim to the edge and another large floral arrangement to the inside with some smaller flowers and leaves covering firing flaws. The bowl is marked with the CC mark under a crown in underglaze blue as shown. The piece is 3.25 inches tall and 6.75 inches in diameter. It is in good condition without any chips but the trim to the top edge is worn as are the flowers on the bottom inside as shown. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $249
