Ruin Scene Cup

This is a great single cup made by Ludwigsburg around 1790. The cup is really well painted with a ruin type scene in the front including a base, a vase and some fallen over columns in a landscape surrounding. The rest of the cup has a nice floral garland design all around with a single flower to the inside and gold trim to the top edge. The cup is in great condition with a firing flaw to the top edge - looks like it got stuck to something else in the kiln and a chip to the foot ring. It is marked faintly with the interlaced CC mark and some impressed numbers. The cup is 1.875 inches tall and 2.875 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or photos.

Price is $299
