Chipped 1765 Floral Saucer

This is a saucer made by Meissen in about 1765. It is nicely hand painted with one larger floral arrangement on one side as well as three single flwoers to fill in the rest of the space, Brown trim to the edge. A fairly simple design for them but still quite nice. The saucer is marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark with the dots between the bottom parts underneath as well as a number impressed by the foot ring as shown. The piece displays nicely but does ahve a large chip to mostly the outside edge as shown. Your can see it from the outside edge but mostly it is hidden when on display. There is also a glaze skip near the same area that can been seen in the same pictures. The saucer is 1.125 inches tall and just over 5.25 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $29
