Amazing Chinoiserie Scene Lid

This is an absolutely amazing lid made originally for an ecuelle in the 18th century - around 1720 to be more exact. The piece was made by Meissen and was hand painted with two top notch Chinoiserie scenes painted by Johann Gregorius Höroldt himself. Best I have ever owned by far and some of the nicest I have ever come across. On one side there is a gentleman leaning on a table with some porcelain pieces sitting on top. A lady is sitting on the ground with two birds next to her. To the left of him is a fancy fenced in area with two amazing palm trees and some other plants, A big bird is flying above thme as are some insects. The other scene is of a gentleman sitting on the ground next to a low table with a tea pot and two cups on it and a tea kettle cooking. Next to him is a young boy playing with a chicken with some more chicken in a basket looking thing in front of them. A couple of birds and insects in the sky. Simple handle on top that has a bit of gilding to it and a thick gold band as well as two red thin bands along the edge as shown. Unmarked but there is zero doubt as to when it was made, by whom and who painted it. As good as they come and if you happen to have the cup and saucer this goes with - you might want to buy a lottery ticket as well because that would be amazingly lucky! The piece is in perfect condition except for the smallest of wear to the gilding. Some glue rsidue udnerneath but there is nothing wrong with the piece. Already cleaned it off a bit but needs a bit more work to get rid of it all. The lid is about 1.25 inches tall including the handle and 4.375 inches in diameter.
