Amazing Tulip Saucer

This is a superb early saucer made by Meissen in about 1750. The deepest saucer I ahve ever seen by them and could easily be used as a small bowl. I know this pattern exists but have never seen it from this period and it truly is stunning. The inside of the bowl has a raised open tulip blossom design that is hand painted perfectly. Gold trim to the edge. A really fun piece to look at and I wish I had the cup! The saucer is marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark from this period underneath as well as an impressed number near the foot ring as shown. The piece is in superb condition with just some wear to the high points in the center from where the cup would have been. The saucer is 1.375 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
