Mustard Spoon w/ Armorial

This is an interesting mustard spoon made by Meissen in the late 19th or early 20th century. It is nicely hand painted with their popular little flowers - one on the inside of the bowl, one on the udnerside of the bowl and one to the back end of the handle but the interesting part is an armorial to the front end of the handle of a golden rampant lion with a crown above it. I am sure it is for some sort of English royalty but could not figure out anything specific. The armorial is really detailed as is the crown so maybe someone else that knows more about this sort of thing could help. I would certainly appreciate it! The spoon is marked underneath where the bowl and the handle meet with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark but its fuzzy and hard to tell the age. First quality. It is in perfect condition with some minor wear. The piece is about 4 inches long. The bowl has a diameter of 1 inch and is 0.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
