Armorial Pipe Bowl

This is a porcelain pipe bowl made by Meissen in the 19th century. It is handpainted with a very detailed armorial design in the front but I do not know which family it belonged to, if any. Rare to find Meissen pipes and even rarer to find armorial ones plus this one is marked on the inside with the crossed swords in underglaze blue. The pipe is in superb condition which just the tiniest of glaze nibbles on that little stem that sticks out from the pipe. The bowl is 4.875 inches long and has a top diameter of 1.25 inches. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $799
