Chicken Scene Plate #2

This is a fun plate made by Meissen in the late 19th or early 20th century. It is hand painted with a great scene in the center including three large fancy chicken as well as a hen with two chicks in the background by an old style house in a landscape surrounding. Gold ring around the nicely shaped edge and five butterflys scattered along the rim. One of those makes you happy to look at kind of plates :) The plate is in perfect condition. It is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as two numbers impressed as shown. The plate is 1.125 inches tall and has a diameter of 8.75 inches.
