Cobalt Blue & Floral w/ Fancy Gilding Creamer

This is a really superb creamer made by Meissen in the mid to late 19th century. It is hand painted with a nice floral arrangements on white ground to either side with some fancy gilding surrounding these panels with the rest of the piece having that amazing deep cobalt blue ground color to it with more fancy gilding over that. The handle and three feet are left white with more nice gilding to make them look like branches with some relief flowers coming up from the feet that are gilded as well. More gold trim to the inside edge. As nice as they come! The piece is in perfect condition with just a very minor touch of wear to the gilding on the handle. It is marked with the blue crossed swords on the underside of one of the feet as shown. The creamer is 3.5 inches tall, 3.375 inches from handle to spout and 2.5 inches wide.
