Cobalt Blue Scenic Quatrefoil Saucer

This is a superb saucer made by Meissen in the early 20th century or maybe the late 19th century. It is hand painted with two cartouches - on with their usual superb floral arrangement and the other one with a nice Watteau style scene with the rest of the piece having a deep cobalt blue ground color with some fancy gold trim all over. Really a nice look and the quatrefoil shape is harder to find and more legant than the usual round pieces. The saucer is in perfect condition. It is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as the usual impressed numbers. The piece is 1.25 inches tall, 5.125 incheswide and 4.625 inches deep.
