Essential Oil Diffuser Figurine

This is an unsual figurine made by Meissen in the late 19th to early 20th century. I think it was meant to be an essential oil diffuser with the bowl in the center of the base meant to hold a candle and the oval bowl up top holding the oil. Not a model I ahve ever come across before so I am not entirely sure. Either way it is a nicely modeled figure of three putti standing on a fancy base holding up the bowl in the center. The bowl has figural heads as handles. These are wearing little helmets with three feathers on top. Each putto has a different color cloth between their legsand they are holding a white cloth in their hands that goes from one putto to the next. The base has some superb scrolls all around the edge with gold highlights to them. A really nice figurine and I might even try to use it one of these days after my kids cook some smelly food :) The piece is 6.375 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 5 inches deep. It is in perfect condition but there are two or three small black firing spots - one in the white cloth and one on the one putto's arm I found and there is probably another one hiding somewhere. Normal to larger pieces of this period and does not take away from the piece! The figurine is marked underneath with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark (first choice) as shown as well as the usual impressed and incised marks as shown.
